"How do I exchange my order?"

Thank you for purchasing - we want you to have your perfect item in your perfect size so that you wear and love your item for years.  If your purchase doesn't quite fit that description and you would like to exchange your item for something else please click  here.

 

"If I received a faulty or incorrect order, or something is missing from my order what do I do?"

If the order you received has an issue like something mentioned above please contact us and let us know what was missing or defective by emailing us on hello@sixsevenbyullma.com or logging your defective item here. 

 

"If I return my order, when can I expect my refund?"

Once you have logged your return here and sent your garments back you will get a notification when your garment has been received and checked at our studio.  Your refund will then be processed through the payment method that you used to pay and should reflect in your account within 3-7 working days.  If you have not received your funds after this time please contact us on hello@sixsevenbyullma.com and we will follow up.  

 

"I have bought a gift card, can I cancel or return it?"

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel a gift card because of a mistake in the email address, we'll change it for you and send you another one.

If a gift card was given to you as a gift, any changes to it will need to be requested by the person who bought it.  Please have them contact us on hello@sixsevenbyullman.com.

 

"How do I use my gift voucher to pay for an order?"

Enter your Gift Voucher code at checkout. When you get to checkout enter your voucher code in the block on the right of the screen that says ‘Gift card or discount code’ and click APPLY. The total amount will automatically be deducted from your order. 

Please Note...

If you're spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you'll need to pay the extra using another payment method in the usual way.

If you're spending less than the value of your gift voucher, the credit will stay on your account or on the code for you to spend later,ready for you to use on your next order.

Gift vouchers expire 1 year from the date of receipt. 

 

"I have a promo code, how do I use it?"

Enter your promo code at checkout. When you get to checkout enter your promo code in the block on the right of the screen that says ‘Gift card or discount code’ and click APPLY. The total amount will automatically be deducted from your order. 

 

"What payment methods are available?"

We accept the following payment methods through our trusted payment partner, Paygate - visa, mastercard, paypal, and instant EFT. To be able to use any of these methods select the Paygate option at checkout and follow the prompts.

We can also accept direct eft’s by processing a manual sale on your behalf. If you would like this option please contact us on hello@sixsevenbyullman.com with which items you are wanting to purchase and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Please note we are only available during the week between 8am and 4pm CAT.

 

"I am struggling to complete my order or pay, what do I do?"

If you are struggling to complete your order for any reason please contact us on hello@sixsevenbyullman.com and we will gladly assist you. 

 

"Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?"

If you would like to cancel your order and your order has already been sent out from our warehouse you will need to log a return here. Once you have logged your return and sent your garments back you will get a notification when your garment has been received and checked at our studio.  Your refund will then be processed through the payment method that you used to pay and should reflect in your account within 3-7 working days.  If you have not received your funds after this time please contact us on hello@sixsevenbyullman.com and we will follow up. 

If you would like to cancel your order and your order has not yet left our warehouse please contact us on hello@sixsevenbyullman.com and we will cancel your order and process your refund via your selected payment channel.  

 

"The item I want is sold out - what do I do?"

If the item which you want is not available you can select to be notified with a “Restock Notification”. Go to the product you desire and enter your email for the restock notification below the size options. Once this item has been restocked an email will be sent to notify you immediately!

We follow a slow fashion model and aim to avoid over production of items. This does result in items becoming sold out and not always being available when you want them. We try our best to keep our best-sellers in stock but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do arise.

 

"I bought an item at a market, can I return this item?"

We do not offer returns on any items bought at external markets. Please understand that we have large overhead costs as well as commission on all sales made at these events. Returns on items create a huge loss to our business and we are unable to offer this option. We do want to assist you as much as possible and we will gladly exchange your garment for you at either of our stores or through our website. If you are unable to find something that you like we can offer you store credit that will be valid for up to 12 months. 

 

"I am unsure of what size I am, what should I do?"

If you are unsure of what size you are please refer to our sizing guide page that will guide you through taking your measurements to work out your sizing.

"I know my size, but am not sure what size to order, what should I do?"

In the description of each style we provide some fit and sizing advice. Please read this description to help you figure out which size is best for you.
