Shipping

Once you have placed your order online we will take between 1 and 3 days to process your order and have it collected by one of our delivery partners.  You will receive a notification email once your order has been collected and is on its way to you.  Most deliveries happen within 1-3 days, but can take longer if you are in an outlying area or not in South Africa 


If you are needing an urgent delivery please confirm this is possible with us before placing your order.  Overnight or same day deliveries are sometimes possible from Monday to Thursday depending on your area. Delivery times vary according to your area - depending on the distance from our dispatch warehouse in central Cape Town, South Africa.

If you live in South Africa in a main city centre, delivery typically takes 1-3 working days, but can take up to 5 days.  

If you live in a main city centre and would like an overnight delivery we can accommodate you at an extra cost of R40-R100. Urgent deliveries need to be booked before 10am. Please Email us to arrange urgent deliveries hello@sixsevenbyullman.com


For outer lying areas, delivery typically takes 5-7 working days.  If you know that you are in a ‘hard to get to location’ contact us at hello@sixsevenbyullman.com and we can arrange delivery to your nearest Postnet at a cost of R120 for parcels under 2kg. 

 

If you live outside of South Africa our FedEx partner will deliver your package in, typically, 5-10 working days.  Please note that you may be charged taxes and customs by the country of entry.  These charges are out of our control and are destination specific. SIX SEVEN takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout according to your delivery address.  Please make sure that your postal code is correct as this is what determines the delivery charge. 

Please note that you may be charged taxes and customs by the country of entry.  These charges are out of our control and are destination specific.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this applies to retail & wholesale customers).

 SIXSEVEN has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
